Welcome to our bright and spacious 67 sqm apartment with an open floor plan and windows facing three directions. The apartment is located high up in the building, and from the south-facing balcony you can enjoy lovely views of the park and central Rimbo – almost like sitting among the treetops.

The kitchen, dining area and living room are connected in an open layout that creates a comfortable and social living space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table by the window is perfect for both breakfast and dinner. In the living room you will find a sofa, an armchair and a TV, as well as direct access to the sunny balcony.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for extra guests. A travel cot for small children and a high chair (IKEA Antilop) are also available.

The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, making the apartment convenient even for longer stays.

Just below the building there is a park with a playground, and parking is available next to the property. The location is quiet yet central, within easy walking distance of shops, the swimming hall and the bus station in Rimbo.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. The building contains a total of six apartments.

Bed linen and towels are included. Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as you would like to find it.

There is a small local street outside the building with limited traffic.

There are blinds in the bedroom and in the kitchen area. The living room has blackout curtains.
